How many weddings / elopements do you photograph a year?
I limit my bookings to 10 intimate weddings & 20 elopements per year, with a mix between destination and local coverage. This helps me provide my absolute best to each and every couple.
How long have you been a photographer?
I’ve had a camera in my hands for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been a full time wedding & elopement photographer since 2015.
Do you give RAW or unedited images?
Do you help with what to wear for our engagement session?
YES!! A full “What to Wear” guide will be sent to you right after booking your session.
Can we see full galleries?
Yes. Full galleries can be shared after we chat for the purpose of client privacy.
Do you deliver B&W photos?
Some photos will be delivered in B&W if they have the right feel to them.
Do you have liability Insurance?
Of course! If your venue needs it, I’ll be more than happy to send it directly to them.
Do you use photoshop?
My work is not about photoshop or image manipulation, but it will be used for some artistic edits. Also, if it’s necessary for removing any background distractions, then it’s possible to use photoshop within reason.
Sorry, I won’t place you in Paris if your session was in SF.
How do we book you?
Once you contact me, a soft hold will be placed on your date.
A contract and a 30% retainer fee are required to secure your date.
What if our date is booked?
Unfortunately, this happens a lot, especially for destination elopements & weddings, which is why it’s best to contact me ASAP to secure your date. If your date isn’t available, a trusted associate photographer will cover your wedding day. If that option isn’t possible due to availability, then a list of other photographers will be provided to help you as much as possible.
Where are you based out of?
I am based out of the California’s Central Valley, Modesto. Perfectly located between the coast of SF / Big Sur & the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Yosemite National Park.
Do you travel for elopements, weddings or engagement sessions?
Yes. No location is too far. Check out my travel page for more info.
How many images do you include?
I am true believer in quality over quantity, but on average, anywhere between 50 to 65 images per hour of coverage.
How will we receive our photos?
All your edited high-res photos will be delivered through a beautiful gallery where you can view, share, download, & order prints from.
Do you help in the planning process?
Absolutely!! The more information I have, the more moments get captured. Timeline & day-of-planning for your elopement, wedding or engagement session is essential for a successful day.
What’s the turn around time for photos?
Each and every photo will be hand-edited to make sure your gallery is cohesive & tells your story beautifully. On average, wedding photos take about 5-7 weeks & engagement sessions take about 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
I do not outsource editing but expedited photo editing & delivery is possible. Just ask about that option when you contact me.
Do we get a Print Release/printing rights?
Yes. They are photos of you & you should have personal-use-rights for printing.
Do you offer albums?
Yes. I encourage every couple to preserve their memories through prints & albums. I offer a high-quality custom designed leather / linen lay-flat album for the perfect heirloom memory of your wedding day.
